Taival is know from cool, cute and yet easy-to-wear clothes for kids. Having street cred and feeling comfortable in one’s clothes is one of the main cornerstones in designing Taival. From the beginning, environmental and ethical issues have been an important basis what to build on when planning our production.
Using GOTS & Öko-Tex certified fabrics and other materials, working with dressmakers and factories that value human and pure nature as it is has been not only huge idealistic words for us, but above all a matter of heart and soul.
With SS18 collection Wild Waters Taival is taking a direction towards being a more edgy kids clothing brand. Spring/summer 2018 is all about the dynamic movement of water with a slight hint of rock – being strong but delicate as Taival known to be. The collection has taken its inspiration from tropical oceans and the beautiful wonders that lie under the surface. In this collection, water elements are brought into kid’s streetwear by combining it with minimalistic, interestingly detailed pieces of clothing.
The unique patterns are designed by Hanna Laurikainen, a talented young designer. The clothes are designed by Paulina Sundell, founder of Taival Clothing. Together with a great team and superb customers Taival has today developed into a growing brand reaching people around the world to share the story.
